Background

The Loch Sport Boat Club has put forward a proposal to Wellington Shire Council, Gippsland Ports and DSE to establish a Safe Boat Harbour in Loch Sport adjacent to the Deep Water Jetty Area. The club is seeking people interested in using this Boat Harbour.

Stage 1 : To provide a breakwater to protect the jetty and boat ramp from SW winds.

Stage 2 : To provide a breakwater to protect the jetty from Westerly winds, and make available affordable public moorings.

There is no obligation to proceed on behalf of either party to this document.
